Everything was as good as our first visit, Staff, accommodation and food excellant.
Reception. Staff very polite and accommodating. Arrived early and they stored luggage no problem.
No dislikes as it was our second stay and knew what to expect.

Overall an excellent stay. Hotel is well situated for our needs.
Reservation/Reception staff were very welcoming
The duvet cover was put on inside out and there was a long dark hair in the middle of the white duvet cover. 1 inch gouge in the wall near the window, unsightly.

It was a special long weekend. Made better by staying there.
Breakfast was plentiful, both hot and cold buffet, loads of choice . The check is was simple, The staff were all polite and courteous. The location to central London was excellent, easy access to get to tube stations The room was clean and very comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage secure which enabled us to make the most if our last day. Would certainly return .
